VIACOM and their brands MTV, VIVA, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central have evolved from TV channels to digital products and services.Through our partnership with VIACOM and netfame, we have taken communications, design, search engine optimization and method analysis to the next level. Together we created a website, with the additional benefits of a significant simplification for all user groups, and enabled a cross-device service usage.
With this relaunch, we also improved the way the VIACOM team manages their services and online communication. We applied tools to allow frequent changes and early adoption of upcoming trends — consequently, customer expectations and brand experience have grown.
