Microsoft launches design resource site for Windows Phone Developers. You can find the site within the here: dev.windowsphone.com/en-us/design
Notice that the arrow pointing to the app list is still there. The new and real Windows Phone 8 Start Screen won’t show that anymore. Also while Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 8 UI allows three sizes of tiles my concept allows for 11! That’s a lot of sizes!

Another great resource for UX guidance which goes far in aiding developers design their Windows Phone apps, such as choosing what kind of pages for different kinds of jobs. You can find all the brilliant 192 pages here: Windows_Phone_Design.pdf
