functionalaesthetics recently partnered with artnology, netzwiese and Fresenius HELIOS the largest private providers of inpatient and outpatient health care in Germany. We engaged HELIOS through workshops to co-create a new way of online CRM experience for customers and employees. We worked closely with the editor team and IT team to help implement the new online magazine across various touch points including print, all screens/devices and POS corporate environments.

We developed the information architecture and UX, building detailed flow diagrams and UI key screen states based on sketch and invision prototypes. Matthieu and Dominik worked very closely with members of the IT team, who were concurrently developing the technical back-end, to ensure that our fronted themes would maintain its focus on user experience while being feasible with the underlying article and editorial system technologies.
